PHASHION in a PHLASH

Phashion Phest - the Delaware Valley’s premier fashion and beauty event – is celebrating its 18th anniversary- with "Phashion in a Phlash," a mobile fashion event on Wednesday, September 21, 2011 beginning at 7:00PM. There will be a series of mobile fashion shows around Center City followed by the main event - a fashion show, salon presentations and a lavish cocktail reception in the Rotunda of The Shops at Liberty Place.
