2010 Dressed to Kill
2010 marked the 18th year of Phashion Phest. “Dressed to Kill,” presented by Wachovia, Beam Global Spirits & Wine, Inc. and IBEW Local 98, took place on 12th street under the Pennsylvania Convention Center. The urban and edgy street setting complimented the prison theme, and the sidewalks were set up with salon presentations, student designer displays, specialty bars and food stations. The fashion show started off with a jailbreak of beauties, handcuffed and strutting their stuff down the runway, followed by a presentation of the latest fall trends from local retailers.
2009 Fashion Forecast
In 2009, Phashion Phest was presented by Beam Global Spirits and Wine, Center City District and Wachovia on September 23, 2009 at the Loews Philadelphia Hotel. Guests arrived to a colorful fashion show with a brightly lit Rubiks cube where retailers from the Delaware Valley showcased their new fall fashions followed by a top-shelf cocktail reception and salon presentations. Celebrating its 16th year, Phashion Phest captured its audience with a color and lighting theme.
