2006 - Lucky 13

Phashion Phest 2006 threw caution to the wind by celebrating our 13th year at the Hyatt Regency on September 11th. Superstition aside, fifteen retailers and ten salons showcased the best of fall fashion and beauty. Broken mirrors, ladders and umbrellas opened inside couldn’t stop the high energy and sizzle of our 13th celebration.
